Infrastructure build out and lot design are currently in progress. Each lot is designed to maximize views of the Cascade mountains while maintaining privacy between neighbors with designated buildable areas. Almost all lots have views and a variety of topography that make each one unique. Some lots even have Swalley Valley irrigation rights for lush green pastures and hobby farms. The entire 250 acre development will offer horse/walking trails and has access to the Deschutes River Trail.
